Whole Body Membership

You receive unlimited monthly training in pilates on the machines & pilates mat. Choose from over 20 pilates classes a week. Class sizes are small and intimate.

Pilates Class Descriptions

3 Private Sessions or 3 Pilates for Beginner Classes are required before joining Pilates Classes. See our Starter Packs for details.

Pilates for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (on the Apparatus)
Strengthen the powerhouse, tone the body! These are challenging and fun classes on the machines taught by WBG skilled instructors. Classes are labeled as

level 1-2- Beginner/ Intermediate

level -3- Intermediate

level 4-5 -Intermediate/Advanced

Pilates Mat Class: Classical mat work on the floor will get your abs taut and spine flexible.

Pilates for Beginners: For Beginning clients NDAY 12PM & THURSDAY 10AM)

MAXIMUM CLASS SIZE 6 : To ensure classes are not overcrowded we require you to sign up online in advance to reserve your space. Fair Warning: If you do not sign up online you may risk the class being full and no space available for you.
